* [dkl] upstream merge has green test run; needs wider testing and a deployment plan. Fubar setting up the test cluster.
** Testing plan: use UAT from Nubis move. Advertise for testers on tools.bmo.
** Deployment plan: will require downtime; should plan for a TCW.  Needs CAB approval.
* Q1 goals
** [dkl] {{bug|232193}} Database timezone conversion to UTC: code & testing. Actual conversion in Q2.
** [dylan] {{bug|1184823}} QuickSearch via Elastic Search.  Goal is for dev only.  Stretch for production.
** [glob] {{bug|1150541}} Soft goal: bug modal.

** Aim to get this in before end of Q2.

** Deferred discussion until fubar is around.
