here's a (totally incomplete) list of 'modules' I think would be great
for people in the UI/UX/HCI area:

Mockups:
* How to create a mockup (general)
* Tools for creating mockups

Prototypes:
* From mockup to prototype (general)
* Tools for creating prototypes
* Prototyping using the Web: HTML, CSS, Javascript
* Rapid Prototyping using Javascript Frameworks (e.g. jQuery)
* Rapid Prototyping using Canvas

Design Theory:
* Design Principles for Application Design
* Interaction Design 101
* Personas 101

Design Examples:
* (here we would have sessions where Mozilla designers explain the thinking and solutions deployed for a Mozilla product, e.g. Ubiquity)

Please note that a module can consist of multiple "learning sessions"
and can/should be mixed media (e.g. a video presentation plus text and
some examples to download).

I hope that this goes somewhat into the direction you were thinking
