* Permission to use photo for other promotions (video or others) (optional)

Homepage mockup:

* Word cloud combination of popular words and popular words+photos. In the case of a popular photo, associate it with the word and randomly choose one of the photo on page load.
* Homepage will show cloud, but there will be a very obvious call to action to submit your entry
* Filters: personal identification and locale (off by default)
* Video intro
* Text overview below the gallery
* "What do you love about the Web?" -- shows up above the gallery
* Clicking an object in the cloud will show some basic meta data on the submissions and then be able to share or translate it.
