The Automation & Tools team's quarterly goals are high-impact work items that directly support Mozilla projects or substantially improve our infrastructure. We also do many smaller things over the quarter; those are usually tracked in Bugzilla and/or Pivotal Tracker, depending on the project.
Until 2015 we used wiki pages for our goals (see below). In Q4 of 2014 we experimented with Trello, and as of 2015 we are using it as the official home for our goals, and we will no longer create wiki pages. We do, however, track progress on our goals in the notes for our team meetings.
