How To
Impact statement: describes the change we want to see in the world. Who is impacted? What is the change for them and the world?
Impact milestone: a specific measurable change that is a step towards the impact statement. Further along in this process the milestones can look more like SMART goals -- but there's work to do before we can be that precise.

CURRENT VERSION:
People: A network of skilled, community leaders catalyzing change in key user communities. Program: A cohort-based model to incentivize and support emerging community leaders.
EXAMPLE VERSION:

Global = Key communities adopt and advocate for universal web literacy Personal = Fellows become community leaders, joining a network of practitioners across key communities
