; What if I'm remote? : We will stream Vidyo via Air Mozilla to Mozillians.  A Vidyo channel will be provided when sessions are announced. Backchannel is #managerhacking

; If I can't make it, will it be recorded? : Yes. We have made the decision to record sessions so staff can review sessions in case they missed.  You will be able to [https://air.mozilla.org/channels/manager-hacking/ find past sessions on Air Mozilla].  The team will also be doing a monthly podcast to debrief highlights of each session if you don't want to watch them.  Those will also be on [https://air.mozilla.org/channels/manager-hacking/ Air Mozilla].

; If I miss a session can I still go to the next session? : Yes.  The sessions are all related because they are about management but missing one does not set you behind.  Each session is a unique, beautiful, snowflake and will be equally useful.  So if you miss one, don't despair -- just show up at the next one!

; This seems pretty bay-area centric.  What if I'm not there? : Don't worry.  We plan on rotating the locations to include other offices.  Managers are global, and our management community will be as well.

; What if I'm not a manager? Can I still come? : Yes.  If you're a Mozillian and interested, don't ask -- just go.

; I hate lectures, what else will it be? : It's managers speaking to each other with a small group of people responsible for guiding the discussion.  It's NOT powerpoints and lectures -- or 1 person telling you how to be a manager.  That's what we DON'T want this to be.

; How do you decide on topics? : You will have a voice in guiding the future of the program, and that voice is what matters.  The stewards (Dia, Michaels, Dino, etc.) will help get a feel for what matters most to the group, but ultimately our hope is to just help find the next topic organically by listening to you.

; Will we still have guest speakers? : Yes, but if we do, they'd be in the form of brown bags and scheduled separately.

; Is this where I can learn how to hack my manager? : No, it's not quite about that.  But keep on keeping on -- you have a powerful imagination.

Before every meeting there will be an abstract, article or book for you to download. The literature is intended to spark thoughts around the topics, guide you to think about application and give you an idea of what you will learn. We'll push the link on Yammer, but you can also check back here to download.
