To be considered, you need to have experience developing add-ons. If the add-ons you authored are not listed on AMO, you can still apply if you provide evidence of your authorship.
While we're grateful for your interest, the Addons Community Reviewer program is currently on hiatus. We'll make an announcement in the Addons forum on Discourse.Mozilla.org when we have more to share.
