Once we have the builds up, please add your locale here, including date of owner sign-off (PST times, please) and describe which QA you did on which builds/platforms. Be sure you looked at L10n:Thunderbird Trademark Review and MozillaQualityAssurance:l10n checklist. Please add your locales in alphabetical order, as === ab-CD ===.
