2. Need to define contributor as not only l10n people, but widen the specter. Balkan countries have started to get new people, also new Kosovo community. | |||
3. Mozilla Balkans 2010 Ljubljana is not that, since it was a sort of Mozilla Camp. So we need to define what a 'large event' is, so we can focus on achieving it. | |||
