Since we've pushed 2.3 we've got two big things to test: Follow up on search from October and general usability and discoverability ([http://sumo.graymattergravy.com/videos/dylan.ogv compare with this]). I'll have to make sure that articles are in the right category, with proper keywords and summaries in preparation for this.
*Focus: Search from the homepage [2010-12-10]
** Repeat the same test from October. These were the prompts:
***You've just visited a site that has told you that you need to enable cookies in order for it to work. You want to find out how to do that.
***You are watching a video and it disappears and is replaced with a message that says the adobe flash plugin has crashed. You want to find out what you can do about that.
***You have a zillion bookmarks and want to learn how you can organize them.
***You want to know how you can change your home page to something other than the default firefox/google search.
***You want to remove the list of websites that show up when you click on the history menu.
***You've just downloaded a few things (pictures and videos) and you don't know where they were saved.
***A friend told you you should update your flash plugin. You need to figure out how to do that.
*Focus: Getting help for Firefox [2010-12-10]
**Give users the prompts from above but have them start with Firefox on the default home page.
