Hi, I'm a big boy now and I don't need M$ IE style hand-holding. Firefox is used by grownups to operate all kinds of web enabled systems (development, sysadmin, testing...) that don't use port 80. I first encountered this using SWAT but there are many other valid uses. Please implement and include instructions on overriding this in the help message. Eg:
I ([[User:DavidGreaves]]) raised this as a bug : {{bug|341636}}

'''This address is restricted'''

This address uses a network port which is normally used for purposes other than Web browsing. Firefox has canceled the request for your protection.

Go to ''Preferences->Advanced->Security'' and tick ''"Allow connections to non-standard ports"'' to enable this capability. Sorry for <strike>being an overbearing dictator, I guess Mr Bush got to us.</strike> the inconvenience.
