Sumo Development
Roundtable
- Topic for the All Hands (?¿) - Multichannel support (Cow path + FB conversations). Should we support user were they are? should we bring them to SUMO? Do we aim to address each and every single question about Firefox that populates the Net? What can we do to balance resources + efficiency + user expectations + user satisfaction?
Firefox status update
- Add Ons Marketplace - AMO will turn into a marketplace with room for paid add-ons.
