Community building: learning from veteran communities

  • Speakers: Iacopo Benesperi (Mozilla Italia), Guillermo Movia and Elena Palomo (Mozilla Hispano), Marek Stępień (Aviary.pl), Konstantin Lepikhov (Mozilla Russia)
  • Time: 14:00 - 14:45
  • Duration: 45 minutes
  • Summary: Four of the older Mozilla communities in Europe will show how they work: how they were born, how they organize themselves, how they recruit and so on. We hope that this will be a good opportunity for younger communities to get some ideas for their growth and to learn from our mistakes.
