Venue problems
- there are no chairs on the main area
- for now we have been bringing chairs from other sections of the building and bringing them back
- 50 or 75 IKEA foldable chairs that can be racked will be ideal
- (this was the biggest problem when I ran my event; GM)
- there is no water tap
- water bottles are bought prior to events
- the door from the community space to the kitchen cannot be locked
- it requires keeping an eye at the door
- there are no garbage containers inside of the furniture that has 3 holes which is supposed to have garbage containers
- we have to bring bins from other sections of the building
- we need a portable screen to do projection
- so far we have been able to project unto one of the blinds since it's dark outside
- catering needs to have a waiter
- groups of 15+ that are getting food need to have a waiter on hand to do clean-up and bussing (busing?) throughout the event
Mission packages/swags
- we should get packages of our mission and how to get involved in the ToMozSpace for people to pick up
- poster explaining the mission
- ReMo Toolkit
- Firefox brand toolkit
- Swags (stickers and others) to just grab
- Marcia's postcards' idea?
Logistics
- determine procedure to grant access
- write down usage of equipment & wireless
- write down parking and transit info

These are events that we could do and all it needs someone who would like to drive them.
- "Mission day"
- Talk about the importance of the Mozilla mission and how to empower others to pass on the message
- "Demo day"
- Showing what the browser can do and why it is important
- "MozCamp"
- "OpenSource Week" (October)
- "Reading Week crash course" (October/February)
- "Web Maker Science Fair"
