|description=The Contributor Engagement group is focused on further empowering and supporting individuals that passionately support, champion and contribute to the Mozilla project. Things we do include: providing new opportunities and “on ramps” for participation in Mozilla, making it easier for us to to find and communicate with each other, working across teams (both expertise and regions) to help bring even more people into the Mozilla community and foster them and more!
|description=We help all Mozillians achieve crazy and ambitious goals by bringing in volunteers to their teams.  We call this the Grow Mozilla initiative.

We partner with teams at Mozilla to bring in, match and mentor volunteers.

We use our tools, channels and expertise to create community building plans.

We have created a volunteer field organization nearly as large as our paid staff that help put these plans into action.

When you have an idea or need to jump start an existing project and need people, talk to us.  With a little of your time and attention, we can work as partners to create and execute plans for new volunteers.
