Team Scope / What does the Dev Ecosystem team do?

  • Developer happiness: Make development for the Open Web (Apps/Identity/Add-ons) desirable and achievable for developers
  • Product innovation: Build websites, apps, APIs and services to support Mozilla's Apps and Identity products

Product Innovation

  • Federated content server (snippet server on steroids)
  • Persona.org: portal for people to manage their online life (apps, contacts, identity)
  • Submission APIs for apps marketplace
