Creating community dashboards
- http://arewegrowingyet.com should be going live today
- Phase 1 of Conversion tracking for coding contributors (bug 736109) should be going live but not public this week
- Making coding dashboards public (Need to file new review bug)
- Access to Metrics API (bug 729703) and overlap with Bugzilla_Anthropology

Using community dashboards
- Measure effectiveness of first patch approved email when conversion tracking in place
- Contributor survey once we have information about conversion path

Academic institutions
- Short-term opportunity with Stanford professor that Diane from WebFWD is driving. Any project/mentor ideas?
- Reviving the mozilla.education newsgroup (bug 749155) and student-project keyword
- Creating a case study that would promote this work and make it easier to duplicate?

Expanding representation at this meeting
