* The main meeting space will be the new Training Room area on the 1st floor of the San Francisco office at 2 Harrison Street. This is located in the courtyard area that you can reach through the lobby.  When coming out of the lobby there will be a statue of a man drinking coffee and the space is immediately to the left.  There will be signs pointing the way.

  • The Commons is a public space where the Weekly All Hands meetings, brown bags and other community events are held. This is in the middle on the right side of the floor plan.

Tuesday 10 December (Zero Day)

  • 17:00 meetup in the SF Common area on 1st floor for evening gathering

Deliverables for the day: Alignment on the focus for the work-week and strategy, discovery and asset inventory, vetted list of priorities for each track
