Location
We'll be meeting in Foxhole, a space devoted to work weeks and trainings. It is in the upper left part of the floor plan document and is in the red box. This is in the courtyard area next to the coffee drinking statue.
For break-outs, we'll also have access to two other group spaces:
- The Commons is a public space where the Weekly All Hands meetings, brown bags and other community events are held. This is in the middle on the right side of the floor plan.
- Behind the Commons, in the upper right part of the floor plan document, there is another space that is sometimes used for community events.
Tuesday 10 December (Zero Day)
- 17:00 meetup in the SF Common area on 1st floor for evening gathering
Wednesday 11 December (Day 1)
Deliverables for the day: Alignment on the focus for the work-week and strategy, discovery and asset inventory, vetted list of priorities for each track
