Feature Request: Search for whole words only

Rationale: People sometimes are looking for the whole word in a search and not part of a word.

Example of current behavior: searching for "end" and finding "pretend", "intended", "attend", "endless", "sending", etc.

Requested behavior: searching for "end" with whole words only should only find "end".

Implementation: just add that option to the search bar
