  • bug 1010120 - mozmill-ci does no longer process builds for beta and release candidate builds due to capitalization of the product name
    • We successfully run our tests with the temporary patch. Finally pulsetranslator needs an update, whereby the patch is already under review

Puppet for Mozmill CI (Henrik, Andreea, Andrei)

• Current goal status:
  • Still working on the autostart scripts
  • Finally Henrik should be able to get started on the Proxy manifests

TPS continuous integration (Henrik, Cosmin)

• Current goal status:
  • Upgraded Mozmill for TPS to version 2.0.6 across all branches
  • Finalizing the setup script for TPS
  • New VMs are up, and we are trying to run coversheet over there with hopefully no failures

Automation of important tests for Desktop QA (Daniel, Mihaela)

• Current goal status:
  • working at TPS and Geolocation tests
  • Almost all tests are assigned now & people is working on them;
• Notes
  • 2 tests finished:
    • bug 967568 - Create Mozmill test for Firefox's safebrowsing feature
    • bug 991877 - Add a test for PeerConnection.close()
  • We can change geo.wifi.uri to load the location locally (e.g. from a json on mozqa). With this I think we can make the requested test:
    • Verify geolocation feature returns almost same location using some of these three sites (https://thedotproduct.org/experiments/geo/, http://html5demos.com/geo, http://maps.google.com )

Automation Trainings (Andreea, Cosmin)

  • Second day this Wednesday
