Problems
Release runner hang
Release runner hung when trying to do some release sanity work that talks to hg.m.o. Nick rekicked the build afterwards to get it going. bug 1177251 is filed (with a patch!) to prevent this in the future.
Win32 repack failure
One win32 repack chunk failed after 5h due to a master <-> slave disconnection. It auto-retried, but this greatly delayed the release.
Updates failure
The updates builder failed because of bug 1186058. Fix couldn't be found fast enough, so backed out the original changes + patcher-config/update verify config bumps and reran the updates builder. It succeeded.
