WebRender on Mac

Shipping WR on Mac in 2020
- Main working blocking-ish Nightly: CoreAnimation
- Discuss plans and timing around CA

Notes/next steps

jrmuizel will attempt a try push with WR + Mac to see how that looks
- Markus had tried it previously and it was not that bad

Bugs Blocking Nightly:

CoreAnimation+WebRender is the main 'blocker' for Nightly right now
- Markus to start with z-ordering bug and looking at the vibrancy related bugs
- Will send Jeff the crash bug to help take a look at that

All other bugs that have been prioritized are tracked here: with our project tracker
