Session Title
Building the Mozilla Community
Session Leaders
Asa and Marcia
Summary
The purpose of this session is a continuation of the discussion that was held at the last quarterly meeting about trying to build our Mozilla community. Specifically, what areas should be target to grow our community and get new people interested in participating in our projects? This can be a broad discussion/brainstorming session about how we grow the community. Some random thoughts:
- Working in academia to expand interest
- Seneca College
- How can the campus reps thing fit in here?
- Planning Developer Days for 2007, but also targeting specific days for other areas such as QA, Documentation, Add-Ons, other projects
- Getting Mozilla folks out to speak at Engineering Schools
- Broading the range of conferences we attend
