Resources Analytics
Overview
In order to make informed decisions on where the Resources Track should focus and also in order to understand the Reps pulse, the Review Team is gathering qualitative and quantitative data in a regular basis.
Quantitative Data
Budget Procedure Metrics
This is an effort where we measure our budget procedure review timing in order to understand our standard procedure timing per step of the budget request and later to improve based on those numbers.
