Parser 2 update

Atul on XPCShell tests
- we'll probably abandon the XPCShell tests and move towards on-the-browser tests (via jsbridge)
- reloading a page to reload everything (cf. JetPack) is a nice idea
Parser 2 update
- Jono got async unit tests to work (for async nountypes)
- mitcho's working out some smaller issues
- mitcho wrote up the big and small issues we need to tackle before making it the default parser
Localizing commands + nountypes
- very good conversation - mitcho emailed ubiquity-i18n to continue the conversation.
Releases
- Jono will begin the process of releasing 0.1.9
- start with marking trac tickets for the milestone
- A language + parser version switch will be added before 0.1.9 so the Average Joe can play with Parser 2.
