Session Notes
- Want to tighten feedback loop for developers
- Want to minimize number of different harnesses
- make it easier for developers to desk check work using simple tests
- what harnesses exist and already have buy-in?

- easy to add tests
- incremental: early tests builds certificates (e.g.) that are used by later tests
- output controlled by macros. New macros could be used to output to (e.g.) XML/Litmus
