  • 3 days before, hosting an organizers meeting. each of 3 lead organizers recruiting some folks (10-12 people) who will help out on the day.
  • outreach to co-working spaces and hackerspaces
  • avoiding the tech crowd. techies are explaining, facilitating, not the key audience for turnout.
