**Are we far enough along in our goals to warrant another meeting. This in itself is a goal, so this must be considered on its own merits.
**Goals: We are seeing some progress made with the Goals set in Skopje, but some lag as well. This is completely normal, and a second meeting will get things up and running smoothly.
**When should it happen?
**Date: Proposed date is the 20-21st of November.
**What support (both financial and otherwise) will Mozilla provide.
**Support: Full support by Mozilla and Contributors, William will see about the budget.
**What structure will it have? A private day and public day like [[Balkans/Events:2010/Skopje|Skopje]], or something else.
