Dogfooding: Results from Internal Fennec Survey (Results)

Filed Bug 634679 to address some potential issues with nightly testing and using lang packs.

Seth continues to post these notes and the schedule to the l10n community.

- We will be building off of hg.m.o/releases/mozilla-2.1 and hg.m.o/releases/mobile-2.0. RelEng will sync these for rc1, then they will diverge from m-c and m-b.
