Things we need from the providers
- The API for getting suggestions from a first and last name.
- Also servers to connect to and usernames/passwords to test with.
- The url that launches the Thunderbird-specific provisioning flow.
- No Flash.
- Ends with an Autoconfig XML file.
- The url including parameters we should use to search from within Thunderbird (so that they can track our usage).
