  - commented out tagging parts in release runner https://gist.github.com/rail/6232191
  - restarted release runner
  - resubmit the ship-it request
  - waited until release starts
  - backed out the temporary hack
  - restarted release runner
Wait for QA sign off on build1 updater testing completed
Do another build
Get QA sign off on which build to use (build 1 ready for release test)
Reset to ship build1 if needed
- (note that 23.0 hit bug 901804 during this step)
Push to mirrors
Apply Throttling
Verify throttling
Run pushsnip
Update bouncer links
Post-release tasks
Get the Browser Choice website updated
Update hosted partner bundles
