Main Page
Goals
- Meet the team!
- Learn what everyone brings to the table. We have diverse skillsets from developers to project marketing to product management. We also have lots of existing projects already benefiting developers.
- Plan how we are going to move forward with the Developer Program! In particular our next 6-12 months.
- Change the world! Have some fun!
Agenda
Monday, Aug 19th
- Approximate timeline (may be adjusted during the day)
- 9:00 Introductions & discussion of what we want out of the week
- 10:00 Brief discussion of what's not working
- 10:30 Roles, Values & Outcomes. In particular we'll focus on what strengths each team brings to the group and the outcome that we want to create as a whole for the Developer Program.
- 12:30 Lunch
- 1:15 Work in groups to define what is needed to make our outcome real. (Setting up discussions for the rest of the week.)
- 3:45 Report back from our working groups
- 5:30 Group happy hour at the Hilton
Tuesday - Thursday morning
- 9:00-9:30 Group kickoff and adjust agenda for the day
- Rest of the day will be breakout sessions.
