Roadmap for Gear Store (already planned):

• Localization
• Coupon codes that can be given to:
  • Community members/ contributors for reward
  • New hires
• Adding new items / cycling inventory
  • Photo shoots for new gear featuring contributors, volunteers; more geographic diversity

• The original shirt series. I was told that Mozilla was funded by Chris Beard selling T-shirts from his desk. This is an amazing story! Can we produce a series of those original shirts?+1

Cool Ideas for Marketing (List yours!):

• FF10th Anniversary limited edition (t shirt? origami fox?)
• Easter eggs in messaging or landing pages (or Firefox code?) that have hidden discount codes (e.g. Find the Mozilla fox and unveil a store discount code!)
• Open Badges on Webmaker translates to credits associated with free/discounted gear
• T-shirt design contests -- community designs; community votes for the winner -- winner featured in the store (could work for items other than Tshirts)
• Items crafted by Mozillians (Etsy tie-in?)
• Holiday promotions, including unusual holidays like: Pi Day, National Talk Like a Pirate Day, May the 4th
• TOM’s style buy-one-give-one model
