Revision as of 16:25, 22 July 2008

Scheduling Guidelines

  • Emerald and Callaghan follow a fixed schedule for technical and non-technical "Mozilla in 2010 and Beyond" tracks (some spots have intentionally been left empty to allow more participants to attend the session in the larger room)
  • Glacier room is reserved for Mozilla Messaging topics
  • The schedule for Alpine C, D & E has been set with effort taken to avoid conflicts
  • As much unscheduled space as possible in Alta and Crystal has been left to allow for sessions to be moved and scheduled as required during the week

Participants and session leaders should feel free to reschedule or add new sessions during the Summit for any space with a white background. Spaces with grey backgrounds should not be altered without consulting Dan Portillo.

session slot may be scheduled or moved by session leaders
session slot may not be scheduled or moved without asking dan, beltzner, or mconnor
