  - resource constraints so we can run 8 MySQL+Apache instances simultaneously
- Added hg @ to ./run-mercurial-tests.py --all-tests so we detect bleeding edge breakage when it happens
  - Uncovered pending Mercurial 3.2 breakage in many extensions
- ported bzpost's tests to use local BMO instance running in Docker
- started work on making reviewboard tests talk to actual BMO
- Try bundles kickoff
