Firefox's 10 Year Anniversary

We are kicking things off with a 33.1 release, shipping on Monday, 11/10 @ 6AM Pacific Time!

Get Involved!!

Our project sponsors are Chris Beard & Johnathan Nightingale. Eric Petitt is leading the charge in Marketing. Start by joining #decade and say "hello". We also have a daily standup in the Capella conference room -- https://air.mozilla.org/firefox-renewal-daily-stand-up/ (because we talk about confidential, partner-related things, these meetings are open to staff and volunteers who are members of the NDA group on mozillians.org). Request access for: https://fxdecade.etherpad.mozilla.org/Daily.

See a full list of contacts and what they contribute, here.

Germany

We'll be touring around Berlin with the bus and take pictures with the Fox custume and engage with people on the way. I (Michael Kohler) expect to have the biggest impact at the Brandenburger Tor.

Bus tour schedule:

* 09:00 - 09:45: Hauptbahnhof
* 09:45 - 11:00 Brandenburger Tor
* 11:30 - 12:00 Reichstag
* 12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
* 13:00 - 14:00 Siegessäule
* 14:00 - 15:00 Potsdamer Platz (Berliner Mauer)
* 15:00 - 16:00 Kurfürstendamm
* 16:00 - 17:00 Alexanderplatz
* 17:30 - 18:30 Bernauer Strasse (“Berlin Mauer” Memorial place)
* 19:00 - .. Mozilla Office, Voltastrasse near Bernauer Strasse (not sure yet)

If it's within budget we'd like to do a small party at the Mozilla Office at Voltastrasse 5 near Bernauerstrasse. This will conclude our tour with the bus.

Anybody can join on the different stops and take pictures with us and have a ride to the next location. I guarantee that there will be great discussions until we arrive at the next location to kill the time :)
