Overview

Key stakeholders of the Firefox OS Participation Program will be meeting in Paris from Tuesday September 29th to Wednesday September 30th, 2015. The 2-day meeting will aim to get full alignment on the overall strategy for participation around Firefox OS and create a first draft of the Q4 plan of initiatives, programs and tactics to support this strategy.

Format

The meeting will take place over two days.

  • The first day will focus on getting everyone up to speed and aligned on the current status of Firefox OS, and provide a lay of the land of current contributor activity and growth. The second half of the day will focus on debate and discussion around how to best support our top level participation goals in Q4 and beyond.
  • The second day will focus on drafting a general "2015Q4 Roadmap". We will break out into small teams to discuss a draft key parts of the document and report back to the broader group for feedback.
