Swedish

Fixing our bugs in Bugzilla (Seamonkey and ChatZilla), Continue working on Firefox and Mozilla product translations, start translating the SUMO sites for Firefox iOS so its looks better with the first launch website in Swedish instead of English and other related pages on SUMO and + creating language resources and deciding/discussing who's working on what within the team ;-)

Localize any outstanding strings in Firefox. Fennec, Thunderbird, and Lightning.
Localize any outstanding strings in www.mozilla.org, Firefox Accounts, Firefox Hello.
Discuss and solve any outstanding issues on Bitbucket.
Discuss plans to recruit new localizers.

Norwegian (Nnynorsk & Bokmal)

- have workgroups, each writes the process about different modules (Pootle, Pontoon, whatever, l10n dashboard, Nighly build & testing... - the whole buffet) - then we meet for 30-45 min and assembly "wholistic" processes (one per "flavor")

Then we´ll have processes for all different flavors / ways of l10n ready for all to use in their trainings :) Because lets face it, there is a bit of a barrier to entry for non-technical l10n´s.

As a potential goal for the Icelandic team: Finish setting people up, training, discussion, etc. since we´ve just had some new blood join us. Get all of the Android and iOS strings submitted.
