Web-extension course
Taipei 2017 National Taiwan University
Motivation
Mozilla is moving to web-extension, we would like to help college students to learn how to customize their own experience with Firefox. By collaborating with the National Taiwan University we'll be delivering a 1 semester hands-on course in which students will build their own web-extension based add-ons.
Expected Outcome
- Students will build web-extension-based add-ons and publish them on https://addons.mozilla.org
- Students will learn open web technologies
- Foster future collaboration between the National Taiwan University and the local Mozilla community
