US 501(c)3 - Grant Agreement

• Estimated Elapsed Months to Complete Work (contract will have slack added)

US Corporation - Contract For Services

• Organization Name
• Organization Type (e.g. Corporation) and State Jurisdiction
• Organization Address (inc. ZIP)
• Organization Telephone Number
• Organization Email Address for legal notices
• Contact Person Name
• Contact Person Job Title
• Contact Person Email
• Date Work Began (if it has already started)
• Estimated Elapsed Months to Complete Work (contract will have slack added)

US Individual - Contract For Services

• Individual Name

Non-US Company - Contract For Services

• Effective Date can be the date the contract is authored

• ("Foundational Technology" only) Payment is due in full within 15 days of execution
