Basic idea: create a country list that can be used universal.
Problem: We do have a few counties, for example, Taiwan, don't like the well-known and widely-used ISO country list.
There are actually workarounds: take Taiwan for example, if you modify the label from "Country" to "Country/Region," then you can just use "Taiwan" instead of "Taiwan, Province of China" -- that will solve problems on marketing between Taiwan and China.
Let's find out more workaround and solve issues like this, and create a standard country list for Mozilla projects.
