== Experiences ==
=== Admin Things ===
* easy to get to Litmus, Bugzilla
* everything has its own login: Bugzilla, Litmus, wiki pages, QMO

=== QMO ===
* didn't know about nightly tester tools, mozmill, selenium
* who's in charge of what? if I do have something specific I want to go into, still have to go through IRC to find out who to contact
* what's the difference in info btw QMO, wiki, mozdev, etc.? Need a way for users to be pointed to the information

=== IRC Chat ===
* I tried to volunteer on work nights, but no one was around to answer questions
* Ended up waiting almost 2-3 weeks to help out before I was able to contact someone and that was when I searched for mozilla e-mails through the old QA website...and that was Jay

=== Forums ===
* a lot of unanswered posts for days and weeks on end
* maybe try an e-mail system to specified admins for that forum/thread?

=== Volunteer Task Assignment ===

* vetting litmus tests was nice and simple for me

== General Issues/Things to Consider ==
* Change Docs to Tutorials on left hand-side TOC
* Remove "Docs" from all of the menu items in the right-hand side tree
* Change names, in some cases, to appeal to outside users (try a survey? ..pass out during live sessions and/or online-surveys to those that are signed up to QMO)
* what's wrong with the tutorials already created on mdc and the wiki?
