Everyone, feel free to discuss with us any ideas you think are interesting for the booth activities. Put your name after your idea so we know who wants to participate.

Ideas for booth activities on FISL:

  • Organize some sort of easter egg based activity to give the swag, spreading clues around the area and on some websites created for this activity. (Felipe)
  • Give swag to people that sign up to participate on Campus Reps (or the MozBr Community, etc) (Felipe)
  • Organize tasks to give swag, such as create a functional Ubiquity code line (with could make the same with JetPack).
  • Give a special prize to whoever creates the best brand new original extension for firefox 3.5 during FISL. (Felipe)
  • Give swag for people who want to record a video doing something they do fast, following the blog idea.(Felipe)
  • Record video testimonials. Maybe "what does the open web mean to you"?
  • Create a game with a number of teams (3 or more), with 3 to 5 people in each group to compete for Firefox swag as prize. Each step of the game counts points, and the team with most points at the end, wins the competition. The game will have a quiz and some puzzles to be solved that will give points to determine the final score. (Felipe)
  • Play soccer with buttons. We could use Firefox and Thunderbird pins without the needle like players.
  • Create a quiz for people to take at the booth. If they answer correctly they get entered in a raffle for swag that day. ex: "How well do you know Firefox/Mozilla?"
