- Nathaniel James, Mozilla Foundation team: Festival motherboard/global coordinator - oversees and supports Festival team

Working process: Festival committee meets with all working group leads) weekly beginning in week of July 19.
Working Groups
(needs development - aggregating into smaller #, job descriptions, leads/chairs and other assigments)
- Program: Shapes the content and participant experience.
- Communication, Outreach, & Marketing (COM): designs and implements communications plan, including participant recruitment, earned media, and social media
- Design: venue, program, and collateral design
- Fundraising & Budget
- Volunteer Management: recruits and supports volunteers
- Barcelona Local: develops strong local partnerships, informs program, COM, and volunteer WGs
- Logistics: venue, accomodation, food & beverage, IT, AV
Working progess: each working group meets twice monthly July-Sept and weekly through October. Nathan will attend all WG meetings.
