The Extensions Manager UI is getting a face-lift for Firefox 2. There are a lot of new features and improvements that we will need to test as Rob checks in his work.

- Update existing testcases in Litmus to reflect the new UI changes as well as add additional testcases for the new features.
- Includes merging the Themes and Extensions testgroups into a unified Add-ons Manager group.
