What needs to be done? brainstorming:

  • rename the profile folder to something like backup0.2 (I would prefer this step, as it keeps us away from possible profile related problems)
  • start sunbird
  • decide whether to use storage (faster) or ics-file (can be shared over the network, e.g. used by yourself from different computers on the network)
    • either import ics files into a local Calendar (default: Home) using File | Import
    • or subscribe to your ics file using File | Subscribe to Remote Calendar, check On the Network, press Next and enter file://path to your file/file.ics.
