Referring a Candidate

If you are considering referring a candidate, you might ask the following questions:

• What will each individual or idea do to promote the Mozilla Mission?

"The mission of the Mozilla project is to preserve choice and innovation on the Internet.”

• Does this opportunity represent a leveraged investment in the community? (In this context, leveraged means a relatively small level of support that will have a large impact on others in the Mozilla community)

• Does this proposal in some way empower the member(s) of the community?

• How will this support impact others both in Mozilla and in the larger user-community?

If these questions can be answered yes, the feel free to email [| Seth B.]
