NVN (http://www.wallpaper-calendar.com/nvn.php) is a wonderful, fully customizable little utility for viewing appointments and tasks on the desktop. It is accompanied by an adorable little genie/wizard who pops up to remind you of appointments or the time by hour or half hour. It works very well. | |||
If you are considering expanding Thunderbird to incorporate some, all, or more than the features offered in Outlook, this would make a nice accompaniment. | |||
