- recruited 29 new active members of community. (report form lets me choose just 10 :S )
 
- organized another promotion [1] which went great - we got a lot of interest, there were people around booth all the time. Surely more than 500 people passed on booth. We also made some contests for prizes, brought some fun in everything. Announcements were posted on forums, portals, Facebook, etc. Many people left their email adressess for additional information.  Up to now, more around 10 people decided to join after recieving an email i sent them after event.
 
- started structuring Mozilla Hrvatska from inside - made departments, interviewed people and determined their wishes, aspirations and expectations, ...
 
- forming teams for future projects ("1st Video Shooting", "Happy New Year! by MozHR", "Persona Winter Contest", promotion on colleges, comics making, localization marathon, community meeting, Firefox Launch Party)
 
- got in touch with Mozillians.org programming team, made preliminary arragements with them about joining Mozilla Hrvatska IT forces in that project to speed it up and make mozillians.org better!
 
- arranged future cooperation with BEST Zagreb [2] [3], made strong connections with crucial members that can help us in future
 
- got in touch with other associations
 
- dropped Intranet efforts in sense of finding a way to power up Atlassian software. Employed newly recruited team of web programmers. They will make both website (from scratch) and Intranet. Expected time of completion is January 2012. :)
 
- Number of active members more than tripled, fans on Facebook more than doubled.
 
- got in touch with localization coordinator, finally arranged "joint operation" of his contributors and l10n team from Mozilla Hrvatska :)

- final preparations for video shooting and ... Action! :)
 
- production of materials for internal use (Human Resources Department, but stil tutoring them)
 
- writing many posts for blog, more activity on ReMo mailing list, now that I can finnaly get back on it
 
- forming a team in IT Department that will be dedicated to "bughunting", security testing & similar (speaking of Firefox)
 
- more meetings with all members of community, with core team, with project teams, innovation team, ...
 
- making stronger connection with other ReMos around world, not just Europe
 
- Holidays! - we must have a party! - will record some parts and possibly use it for christmas video card I promised
 
- start preparing big community meeting
 
- translation of Firefox Mobile on Croatian
